Matt Warren is a Nashville-based leadership coach, business strategist, and real estate investor with a passion for helping people—and teams—move forward with clarity. As the founder of both Warren Properties and Matt Warren Consulting, he brings a unique blend of executive leadership experience, operational insight, and real-world business savvy to every engagement.

At AMPLIFY, Matt leads our business operations and internal team development, ensuring that the strategy we build for clients is backed by strong execution and sustainable growth systems. Known for his problem-solving instincts and action-first mindset, Matt helps both our team and our clients stay focused, aligned, and moving in the right direction.
